Please note that all registered name holders of .cymru and .wales domain names are bound by the terms of the UDRP when registering a .wales and/or .cymru domain name, even where purchased through a reseller. As a reseller you must make your customers aware of this.
The UDRP and Nominet’s mediation service are intended to resolve disputes where a domain name has been registered and used by the registered name holder in a way which abuses a third party’s rights. However, if you have a complaint regarding a party involved in the registration or management of a domain name, please see our complaints page.
